Sarathi Healthcare Private Limited, the website owner including its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Sarathi Healthcare" or "we" or "us" or "our") provides its website and related services ("Site") to any visitor to the website ("user") (cumulatively referred to as "you" or "your" hereinafter) subject to the following user agreement ("Agreement"). By submitting any such information to Sarathi Healthcare, you agree that you are transferring and assigning, at no charge, all of your right, title and interest in the information, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights. Termination
You agree that Sarathi Healthcare may suspend, terminate or remove your password, account, material you may have contributed (or any part thereof) or use of this Site or any service if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that you have breached any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Sarathi Healthcare may delete any content or other materials relating to your use of the service and Sarathi Healthcare will have no liability to you or any third party for doing so. You shall however be liable to pay for any service or product that you have already ordered till the time of termination.
Acceptance of Agreement
The user hereby confirms its acceptance to the terms and conditions hereof, and confirms that he has read and fully understands the privacy policy and terms of services of Sarathi Healthcare in respect of this Site.
